Then customize your artwork from scratch or using one of our premade templates and approve your design. Don't forget to design your flap and to view your poly bag with our 3D editor to confirm that everything looks just right!

Shipping

UPS ground shipping is our default. You will receive a shipping notification when your order is being processed for shipping. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to populate your shipping information. Expedited shipping is available on the shipping calculator. If you require special shipping instructions such as blind shipping, a house UPS account or an alternate shipping arrangement, you must reach out to customers service to approve and process your request.

What can I ship in a custom poly mailer bag?

Poly Mailer bags work best for soft, flat, and less easily crushed items. They are perfect for clothing, non-fragile small accessories, and small books. Our larger sizes are gussetted to expand and fit your bulkier items.

What is a gussetted poly mailer?

A gusset refers to an expandable base that allows for bulkier items. BoxUp has gussets for the following sizes (WxDxH): 9.5" x 3" x 12", 14.25" x 4" X 11.5" & 19" x 4" x 11.5".

What is the difference between the polyethylene and compostable material?

Our flexible polyethylene is a standard plastic bag material that is tear resistant and features a white, glossy surface. Our compostable poly mailers have a less glossy appearance and are slightly thinner although still very durable.

How do a compost the compostable poly mailer?

After opening our compostable mailer and disposing of the perforated flap, the envelope will decompose into organic matter, ensuring a more eco-friendly disposal. Please note, the self-sealing flap is not compostable.

Based on size, how much weight can a polymailer hold?

Made from a robust 2 mil material, most of our poly mailers can hold up to 5 lb. – including the gusseted options. Our 6" x 9" size option, however, has a reduced weight capacity of 3 lb.

How much do the plastic mailer pouches weigh?

6" x 9": 0.18 oz.
9.5" x 12": 0.39 oz.
9.5" x 12" with 3" gusset: 0.49 oz.
14.25" x 12": 0.55 oz.
14.25" x 11.25" with 4” gusset: 0.75 oz.
19" x 13.5": 0.81 oz.

Can I print on both sides of the poly bag? Can I print on the flap?

Yes, you can print on the front, back and the flap area.

Is BoxUp's poly mailer padded?

No, these poly mailers do not include padding.
